Chef Rob is a local celebrity here in Newport, who trained at Johnson & Wales University, receiving an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts in 1998, and a Bachelors Degree in Business in 2000. He began his career at this very location over 10 years ago, mentored by the one and only Chef James Mitchell.

Then In 2002, at the age of 22, Chef Rob became the Executive Chef here at our restaurant and today continues to utilizing his culinary techniques, eclectic food presentation and humble determination which has gain him the respect of his culinary peers and individuals that travel from all over just to experience his unique style and fine dining experiences in Newport.
